When I ordered my TV niliconsider hiyo upuss yote ya Smart Tv nikaona ni useless. A kawaida Tv is best. I got myself a 40 inch TCL for the sitting room and a 32 for the bedroom. The 40 is full hd plus it comes with a recording function that allows you to schedule a time when the TV should automatically turn on and record the particular program you want. I will be using that for the world cup.

People have different opinions and needs. But take this to the bank most Tv with a smart TV option have a better panel i.e pic quality than non-smart.
