Kenyans love titles though, especially the doctors, professors and honourables. You get attention if you addressed any politician as “mheshimiwa”.

I personally know number 2, Prof. Dr. Dr. Moni Wekesa. He was my dean and was extremely arrogant and high handed for nothing, perhaps because of a superiority complex.

Its because these titles come with a great price, just ask someone who has completed a PhD in Kenya how they faced a very sadistic system that was hell bent on seeing them stagnated.
