I tend to believe Louis . Careens father came across as a dodgy character. When i heard him address mourners at her daughters funeral , saying he had forgiven his daughters killers , even before the police had carried out any investigations , i new this man was up to no good. He showed no emotions. FBI or Scotland yard should be on his case

but why should a family decline to have the DNA test performed? in most cases it is the family that pushes for these tests to be conducted
