As much as I respect Jose and his managerial skills, I think he needs some massive improvements on his coaching & tactical approach on field. I could see on Man City & Chelsea’s game how the players would start some serious attacking when they were a goal down. Before then, they had their feet completely off the gas pedal. They were just defending. Defending what? I mean, try score then defend your lead, right? The way City and Chelsea did. Then when it comes to playing other “small” teams, you’ll just be amazed on how slow the team is getting their act straight (poor passes, stupid fouls, etc). For instance, that Huddersfield game United won by 2 goals, I wouldn’t have been surprised if the scoreline was the other way round at the end of the match.
