Good examples except in both the rape accusations don’t seem planned , the girls seem to have gotten mad at the guys later and decided to falsely accuse them.

No i don’t think they did, i think the guys maybe did not show interest after or did something that displeased the women so they decided to get even / punish them.
Supposing they did, is there a big enough sample of women, to fully prove that that method a 100% effective?
