Yeah. He is a good one but not fine.

I like a man who has his suits tailor made. They tend to fit so well, especially if stitched with a good & professional tailor.

nothing beats a tailor made suit, it fits so well unlike those ready made. But getting a professional tailor is difficult, the best thing is test him with a normal trouser first before you go a suit.
