Do a little research and you will find out that KTDA is heavily skewed against small-scale tea farmers to the advantage of large-scale tea producers. Did you know that small-holder farmers are required to pick 2-leaves and a bud (which gives high quality tea), while large scale farmers often mechanize their tea picking (which does not adhere to 2 leaves and a bud)?
The high quality tea from small-scale holders is then used to blend the poor-quality tea from large-scale farmers!!
