Another disclaimer… It is a shitty post…,

So I stop for an early lunch and order rice and beef stew for lunch. The rice is made with carrots and a generous helping of minji while the accompanying stew is finely chopped beef, a generous helping of , you guessed it, minji, a potato and assorted greens. Delicious but I couldn’t finish the generous serving…,

You have made my day. I totally relate, minjis do the same to me, I avoid them kabisa. Free advice, alight at thika blue springs and sort yourself. Otherwise sioni ukifika Starbucks karatina for the next stop. Will give a hekaya on my adeudeu moment over the wknd.

When I am travelling for long distances, I avoid heavy meals like a plague. Labda nibai yoghurt. Othwrwise sitaki kufanya ka uncle nyam.

Yogurt inaweza kuharibikia tumbo ubaki unaingia msitu. Best food on the road is mandazi from a trusted source umebeba wamama style. Personally I don’t eat much while I’m on the road. I drink soda because soda will never make you sick
