These investments are always 90% full…even before groundwork started it was 90 % booked…that’s what they all say…it’s a marketing gimmick…they want you to pay the deposits and down payments so that they will build a case in the banks to be lent construction money…

And the Mazruis …there are always cold blood between the ethnic mijikenda and these Arabs land owners…when an Arab MP is elected into office the Arabs start collecting land rents from the mijikenda who are mostly squatters on this vast pieces of land with absentee land lords
