It’s a good one but it sounds too far-fetched. The way the author has been able to tell the story from the angle of JJ, JW, the cartels, Jubilee, Cord etc. just beggars belief and it has the tell-tale signs of a story made up by someone with a fertile imagination. Conspiracy theorists are having a field day with JJ’s story and this theory could be another decoy to cover up the real story.

Of all the analysis out there, this is the most plausible. If he had this dossier for that long, it was because the cartel knew the owner of the “dog”. It’s written that, down the line JJ was unable to acquire more dossier, but the fate of his informant is undisclosed .
My main question is, where is NIS in all this, am a little bit perplexed, that relevant Authorities are going after tax evaders based on the dossier that was found in Yuma’s car .
