The hate speech statement in Moses Kuria`s charge sheet “Wembe ni ule ule wa kunyoa Raila tena, ya kutairi na ya kwenja muka huyo” (The Razorblade is the same to shave Raila again, to circumcise and to shave his wife pubic hair).

Ole Kaparo and his team have ignored most of the hate speech statements made by Moses Kuria.

The charge is not going to stick according to muthama’s words in court coz those utterances aren’t criminal in nature rather civil and raila or aida haven’t complained, hawa politicians wacha tu but the personal bonds of one million each to keep peace imewastuwa heard them muttering that C.M Andai wasn’t fare.

remember there was a time when muthama alikuwa amezoea uhunye sana, matusi kila saa. at a rally in uhuru park akamtusi na waiguru na pia kuingiza maggie… the 2 happened to meet at a private function and uhuru confronted muthama minus the bodyguards, akaambia jamaa the next time ataingiza familia kwa matusi, itakuwa 300 hot slaps and a sweep. muthama alikunja mkia na kujitoa kwa hiyo function pronto never to abuse uhunye tena.

That was what muthama was telling kuria in court hawa majamaa wanaenjoy watu infact kuria’s supporter was mocking muthama mambo ya wembe ni ule ule in court which angered kuria .
