she doesn’t lose you; you lose yourself by missing the tree for the forest. Wine was symbolic a constant reminder because now we no longer sacrifice. Previously one went to the synagogue with an animal that they gave to a Levite to go behind the curtain in the holy of holies to sacrifice on their behalf. In fact I think in Isaiah God rebukes the Levites for eating the lambs meant for sacrifice; corruption was going on. So Jesus comes and gives one sacrifice to end all sacrifices and create a direct path through Him to God, no Levite intermediaries and from then he launches the Age of Grace

so you do acknowledge the existence of God??

Onlu Levites were allowed to eat the sacrifice so Jesus allows you to.“eat” his bodg thereby making you a Levite. That from now on you do not need a “special” pastor to pray for you. You are a Levite through Jesus all tou need to do is pray at the altar on the strength of Jesus’ sacrifice aand God will listen

i have never liked the only path to god is through him(his divinity is debatable you know).it was created by constinaple* in 325 ad in the council of nicea.
he was married to mary magdaline.
no jew aged 33yrs could have not had a pussy.
i am no levite and have no wish whatsoever to be one.

i dont really know.
there is no tangible proof he exist or to the contrary

your is a parallel narrative debatable too. The Nicean conference was a harmonisation of the various interpretations of christianity…at the core of it is what all christians believe. as for His divinity that’s a whole new debate but for me I dont believe Jesus is God but He had the spirit of God in Him. “No one goes to the Father but by me” The Father and Him are different.

The First Council of Nicaea was convened by Emperor Constantine the Great upon the recommendations of a synod led by Hosius of Córdoba in the Eastertide of 325. This synod had been charged with investigation of the trouble brought about by the Arian controversy in the Greek-speaking east.[14] To most bishops, the teachings of Arius were heretical and dangerous to the salvation of souls.[15] In the summer of 325, the bishops of all provinces were summoned to Nicaea, a place reasonably accessible to many delegates, particularly those of Asia Minor, Georgia, Armenia, Syria, Palestine, Egypt, Greece, and Thrace.

This was the first general council in the history of the Church since the Apostolic Council of Jerusalem, the Apostolic council having established the conditions upon which Gentiles could join the Church.[16] In the Council of Nicaea, "The Church had taken her first great step to define revealed doctrine more precisely in response to a challenge from a heretical theology

But Thomas touched Jesus wounds at his(Jesus’s) request. John 20:27

i see we are on the same page on a whole new different level

Constantinople was a city now Istanbul named after Constantine who became the first christian emperor of Europe. He won control of Europe after a fierce battle he had it rough and with him and his troops demoralized he saw a sign of the cross with the words (or sound) in signo vince (not sure its exact) meaning with this sign you win. so he had the cross painted on the shields and armor of his army and won. From then on he bacame a christian and made christianity the official religion of Europe. His mother who catholics know as St. Helena was commited to knowing more about Jesus and became a relic hunter of sorts identifting the birthplace of Jesus and planting the church of the sepulchur there and many more.

Yes he did and Jesus’ invitation

i love the way you are ommitting the way he married the christianity with pagan religions(once he realised how powerful religion was in mind control).

[B]Similarities between Pagan and Christian practices

The early Christians and Pagans shared many rituals and practices. Authors Freke & Gandy appear to assume that all of the copying was done by Christians from Pagan sources. 3 However, some might have gone in the opposite direction. During the 3rd century CE, Mithraism and Christianity were the main competitors for the religious affiliation the citizens of Romans. Some Christian practices might have actually been picked up by the Mithraites, rather than vice-versa.

http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul1d.gif Many early Christians celebrated Jesus’ birthday on JAN-6. Armenian Christians still do. In Alexandria, in what is now Egypt, the birthday of their god-man, Aion, was also celebrated on JAN-6.

http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul1d.gif Christians and most Pagans eventually celebrated the birthday of their god-man on DEC-25.

http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul1d.gif According to an ancient Christian tradition, Christ died on MAR-23 and resurrected on MAR-25. These dates agree precisely with the death and resurrection of Attis.

http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul1d.gif Baptism was a principal ritual; it washed away a person’s sins. In some rituals, Baptism was performed by sprinkling holy water on the believer; in others, the person was totally immersed.

http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul1d.gif The most important sacrament was a ritual meal of bread and wine which symbolize the god-man’s body and blood. His followers were accused of engaging in cannibalism.

http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul1d.gif Early Christians initiated converts in March and April by baptism. Mithraism initiated their new members at this time as well.

http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul1d.gif Early Christians were naked when they were baptized. After immersion, they then put on white clothing and a crown. They carried a candle and walked in a procession to a basilica. Followers of Mithra were also baptized naked, put on white clothing and a crown, and walked in a procession to the temple. However, they carried torches.

http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul1d.gif At Pentecost, the followers of Jesus were recorded as speaking in tongues. At Trophonius and Delos, the Pagan priestesses also spoke in tongues: They appeared to speak in such a way that each person present heard her words in the observer’s own language.

An inscription to Mithras reads:

“He who will not eat of my body and drink of my blood, so that he will be made on with me and I with him, the same shall not know salvation.” 1 In John 6:53-54, Jesus is said to have repeated this theme: “…Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.” (KJV)

http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul1d.gif The Bible records that Jesus was crucified between two thieves. One went to heaven and the other to hell. In the Mithras mysteries, a common image showed Mithras flanked by two torchbearers, one on either side. One held a torch pointed upwards, the other downwards. This symbolized ascent to heaven or descent to hell.
http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul1d.gif In Attis, a bull was slaughtered while on a perforated platform. The animal’s blood flowed down over an initiate who stood in a pit under the platform. The believer was then considered to have been “born again.” Poor people could only afford a sheep, and so were literally washed in the blood of the lamb. This practice was interpreted symbolically by Christians.
http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul1d.gif There were many additional points of similarity between Mithraism and Christianity. 2 St. Augustine even declared that the priests of Mithraism worshiped the same God as he did:
http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul2d.gif Followers of both religions celebrated a ritual meal involving bread. It was called a missa in Latin or mass in English.
http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul2d.gif Both the Catholic church and Mithraism had a total of seven sacraments.
http://www.religioustolerance.org/_themes/topo/topbul2d.gif Epiphany, JAN-6, was originally the festival in which the followers of Mithra celebrated the visit of the Magi to their newborn god-man. The Christian Church took it over in the 9th century.

I haven’t dodged anythinh…I just did not want to expand the debate. Yes to create harmony and not antagonize anybody in tje wide and new empire he made concessions like days of worship etc…and here is where you as an individual come in…The goodness with christianity is that it is about you the individual and God. Faith is not a conglomerate. Why believe in those pictures and images of a caucasian God and negroid devil? God said you shall not have graven images of anything in heaven, earth “wala majini chini ya dunia” period. Focus on the truth about Jesus.and His teachings. what is offensive about his teaching when He says that all laws He summarizes in two:Love your God, and Love your neighbor. What beautiful teaching…Paul echoes this when he says “The greatest of these is love” ahh such beauty. Focus on the teaching not religiousness and ritualism imposed by pastors. Remember you have a Personal relationship with God

this is your comeback? I said Jesus invited Thomas.Previously anybody came and kissed Him, but now He has to invite you to touch Him. Gerrit?.Now who’s the athlete? heheee

already addressed this

how would i know he invited me na hana contacts zangu?

ni wewe huna contacts zake. Thomas had to meet Him first. Have you met Him? In life we hear many voices as you can see from this thread so it is OK to ask “God, how do I know it’s you?” a very wise question in fact otherwise you will believe any drunkard who places his hands on you.saying “toka toka!” .And jesus anticipated this when He said manh will come in my name perfoeming miracles but they are false prophets
