Their judicial win/plot became hollow when the SC failed to indict any IEBC official for the supposed illegalities. They have no choice but accept IEBC to conduct elections.

He also said IEBC has specifically set the elections to be on date 26th, target being to reward president uhuru for his birthday, so hataki za ofyo

I think the reason is that the judgement was overshadowed by the minority judgements which were more believable, well researched, well written and well delivered. Then the standard story about judges meetings lawyers which nobody had publicly denied. Njoki Ndungu reading those forms during prime time and insisting that the majority did not look at them was a knock out. There was nothing to celebrate, even Raila now think that the minority judges were the winners hence they went to celebrate at state house.
Maraga saying that no IEBC official was culpable meant that the reasons for causing election delay were no longer tenable, they cannot accept the judgement partly. That means they have to find money for campaigns, and this is the most difficult thing.
