Having gone through the summary, It raises more issues of credibility and whether the IEBC broke the elections act 2016 and consequently the constitution.
It does not sufficiently try to annul the 1.4 million votes that uhuru got above raila.
As it stands, credibility alone is not sufficient ground to make an election void. Its a stale case for the audience to drool over. Elections are Manual in kenya and will remain that way.
If they had manual 34As to counter IEBC’s own 34As the case would stand. Qualitiatively the case holds, Quantitatively to overturn 1.4m votes, its a sham and silly case fit for a kangaroo court

Jubilee have No case to answer as respondents…they Just Got results from IEBC-A constitunaly mandated body that they are the election winners…If RAO is in court to dismantle IEBC he will get a backlash from all parties including the Supreme court itself.
