Investing where hakuna kupata profit bora pesa itumike.

They launder money in several ways. The owner buys the matatu maybe loan free with hard cash. He then soups it up with music systems, screens behind every head rest, massive screens behind driver’s cabin, rims, paintjob etc. This may cost up to Ksh. 7 million, including the price of the matatu. Then he asks his conductor and driver to deliver a certain amount per day. In Rongai it varies between 10k to 15k a day. He then banks maybe 20 or 25k a day as matatu proceeds. Multiply by a fleet of 20 matatus. You will be laundering between 100k and 300k a day.
I heard it from a certain driver and he told me he does not see how people break even with the so called Nganyas.
Happens also in the liqueur business, you would see a hyped joint well set up charging exorbitantly but its all for show that a guy is into that but behind the scenes its a racket of illegal business.

Then sell it after several months for 4 M and start the cycle all over.
No wonder some well known pharmacists have ‘invested’ in nganya and liquor business
Unaishi kwa cave!! In banks, there are KYC (Know your customer) guidelines. At some point you would need to safely keep your stash, and that’s in a bank, how will you explain its source if asked?

…i thought these ‘rich’ people have safe’s in their houses rather than misappropriating while they are literally hiding the cash in high end investments

Watch vipindi za gangsters utaelewa.
Considering how much illegal money these guys bring in per month itabidi atengeneze vault kwa hao. Thats why they have to clean their cash and bank it.
As @WuTang said hapo juu watch movies i recommend ozark,a series purely based on a money launderer for narcos
