The recruitment process was very corrupt during kibakis time. Not sure if they have cleaned up and considering talent nowadays.

A little help, folks. I want to understand something from those that know. So we all have interests and passion and mine is in the Intelligence Service. So someone had written here that he had applied and was actually called for screening and given an offer. I don’t remember who it was.
So, I wanted to know how long it takes to shortlist candidates after applying, a month, weeks?

My advice: Join the army then apply for military intelligence courses. Later, the service can recruit you.

I have seen that link but it is still easier to join through the military.
