For a 2004 model, around 800k. And even then, check it thoroughly then check it again. Ama ufikishe 1.2 ununua Pajero mara once.

600k is very little for the model you are wishing for.
That will get you mostly saloons, the allex, runx and the like
Get a descent toyota, otherwise you will get a car with issues ,like someone said hapo juu.
The Nissan xtrail is quite a reliable SUV with good fuel economy compared to other SUVs, engine capacity 2.0 L to 2.5 L depending on model and year they have a average fuel consumption of 8.7 L per 100 km
