No No No God forbid, Accident Alert: Kipkelion

Was this a night bus?

am blaming the body builder, the scene looks like an aircraft crash scene sio kaa ya bus. our buses are death traps, nikaa zimejengwa na aluminum foil ile ya cans

This is terrible but as usual expect some useless statements from government officials, issue some threats, ask drivers to be responsible on the roads and that will be it.

The blame is on NTSA and the Ministry of Transport. The driver has been doing it all his life without consequences. How is he supposed to understand that it is wrong?

Sad news to wake up to. May the souls of the departed Rest In Peace

What’s the use of law enforcement then?
Should we ask every citizen to be nice and law abiding and do away with the police?

Discipline should come from within. Not every driver in Kenya can be policed.

Afande u should have alerted ur colleagues on that road…

Waaah!

Who said police should be done away with?

@Meria Mata hata kama body ingekua poa, badohao watu wangekufa. You, Okiya and Mathaais all have valid points, let’s build on them rather than argue who’s point is stronger. The problem requires attacks from all possible angles.

Let’s separate the two issues. The cause of the accident could be due to driver mistakes. The severity of the casualties is due to the poor body of the bus.

In unrelated story…i saw adults vigorously defending 2 underage boys on FB who were photographed fuelling at a petrol station in Kitengela…and that it wasnt their first time…and traffic cops in the area know it.
We have a shitty :meffi::meffi::meffi::meffi::meffi::meffi: country. We need micro-management kama ile ya Magufool coz apparently we cant follow simple rules.
This is why whites are flocking this country coz…we cant stand our feet…this is why there is scramble for Africa resources…they know we will trip in one way or the other and let them have their way…but our foolish leaders dont have any clue!
And when u talk about it they call u a “self-hating nigga”

It is about the culture we set up. An adult will not pass wind in public because they have been cultured to accept that it is not right. On the other hand, a two year-old will have no problem doing so because they do not know it is wrong.New drivers learn to do what they found older drivers doing.

sad very sad news. God we pray for the sails of the victims and a quick recovery the injured.

MMNN?

Where did we go wrong, you lack words. So many busybodies doing nothing

Yes, it’s the culture problem and not NTSA or Transport ministry. Messages circulate on WhatsApp informing people where speed guns are. Matatus will flash lights at others to tell them there’s a speeding cop ahead. Must people be monitored so as to drive safely??

Waah. Sad!

May the departed souls rest in peace.
