Like many other countries our society is economically stratified, we have a huge gap between rich and poor. Some people have excess wealth, while others have less or nothing. Many families exist on hand to mouth, they struggle with everyday living even with just a few children, yet many of them are working.
The working poor who cannot afford the extra expenses would need some support. Some of greatest inventors have come from the lower strata of society because they have a better understanding of problems and issues that require addressing.
Let’s not forget going to school also involves buying school uniform, shoes, bag etc. the money may not be readily available especially after Christmas.
