The city fathers need to stop thinking like peasants. The CBD is used like a bus exchange because many commuters just transit through to other places on the outskirts. For example, an mpesa attendant from Kayole and working on Ngong rd has to go through CBD to connect, this is where Songo should make sure buses route across the City without entering CBD - eg Kayole- Outering rd - Msa rd -Southern Bypass- Ngong rd (enter pale near Lenana school) - bus reaches Dagoretti Corner and then back
