Problem with beer business is many operate in a way that every business is breaking a law. And its by design.
Unapata license ya opening 2pm close 8pm juu hio time you can’t get many customers you extend nao police come for their share.
Unapata night clubs must close by 3AM but ziko on hadi asubuhi. Police come in.

Even if business form a association as stated above police nao watasema kila mtu afollow the law kabisa.

Then the biggest hindrance is the alcohol licensing board which is headed chaired n agenda driven by police.

Yaani beer business is messed up by police ndio wakue wanakulia.

Change is from policy framework but maaandamano, kelele wont solve anything

It’s lack of unity that leads to such injustices. All traders in a street should form a union to ensure every single member has the relevant licences to operate a certain business. Kina Pamba wakifika wasee wasilipe wote iin unison. Ikiwa mbaya involve your MCA, MP as a GROUP. Huwezi lipa import tax, VAT, City Council, income tax ndio police walipwe na gava from your tax alafu bado wanakuja na such umeffi. Pretty sad.
