Currently everyone is tired of elections and the economy is held hostage. I donāt see annulment of election again, the Iebc will up itās game. Itās also peculiar that the same court didnāt hold any person responsible. Judiciary is divided.
FYI, the petition court is not a criminal court, so any criminal culpability will be determined by the DPP or another court, if the case is lodged.

Speak for yourself. The constitution is supreme. And repeating an illegality because people will get tired of decrying it is what uthamaki thrives on, and is the reason we have a repeat election. The economy is held hostage NOT by the quest for justice but by the wanton impunity the IEBC conducted the past election to impress uthamaki. 45B+ of Kenyans taxes rendered null and void.
