I&M Bank works perfect and is more secure as compared to any other that I have used. By secure I mean, you can lock your card and only open it when you want to shop with it online.
You could also use Equity mastercard/Visa but you should link it with Paypal. So you can make purchases with Paypal directly which will not reveal your card details out there.
