How does the electronic technology help if the issue at hand is how votes were summed up. Even if it was faulty it can’t nullify the results because the court may order a manual verification. The thing that can make a difference is if there were fake forms as alleged

And I do agree with you. But you should know the court would make rulings on technology that will be user in future elections, since technology is also a big part. Yes it might not be used to annul the elections but it will be user to give guidelines.

It has weight if there was hacking as alleged. since the petitioner earlier provided logs of a fictitious machine, they are just fishing and hoping that they get some impropriety. Of course they will get since Kenyan s are Kenyans and our work ethics aren’t all that. however, the question is, does it impact on the election results? The petitioner’s IT ‘Experts’ are questionable as they demonstrated and it looks like they would recognize something substantive even if it hit them in the face.
