Where is the scam? You are the one who choses outpatient facilities, you are supposed to do due deligence on if the hospital you chose …if the outpatient card has full cover or if the facility has compete equipment. Eg. Mimi nimechagua Africare Medanta, westalnds…hapo unatoa card tu…lab tests,dawa poa and don’t pay a cent, nimekuulizia and am told that’s not correct. Different hospitals sign different contracts for various packages. Ndio maana siku hizi card holder is the only one able to change using the *155# platform.

Buda MP Shah ni private, na they dont provide out patient for national scheme, hii ya kawaida. Card hapo utakusaidia tu na stand alone packages offered there kama dialysis, operations etc na daily rate ( Rebate) ukiwa umelazwa mostly these big private hospitals ni 4k per day. Boss hiyo card utakusaidia government hospitals ,na private mission hospitals ama category B hospitals kama Bliss na Africare.
