While Kenya cant make a tooth pick it makes horticulture which is one of Kenya’s biggest earner.

We buy parts from them they buy fresh produce from us.

The big problem is corruption and no support to our own making it difficult to come up with products that can compete at the international level.

Unfortunately most of the bright minds are ordinary wananchi with less resources to realise their dream of being inventers. A good example is the guy who has tried making a plane without success, nobody gave him support or advice to come up with a better design not necessarily of an airplane
