From an accounting perspective, men are assets to women. Women are liabilities to men most of the time. The only woman who is not a liability to a man is the mother of his biological children. This explains why most women above 23 say they want a “financially stable” man. This also explains why most women would rather be the 13th wife of a billionaire than an only wife of a civil servant. Women can either be outright liabilities, depreciating assets, or just assets. If a guy has a wife with his kid, that is his asset. He should retain it. If a guy has a childless girlfriend, that is a rapidly depreciating asset. Depreciating assets are sold or leased which means you should only call her when you need her, or convert her into an asset by impregnating her. Don’t let her live with you for long if she doesn’t have your kid hence the term ‘lease’. The next group is single mothers, married women etc. This are outright liabilities that can not be converted to assets. It is like buying a forth hand car. The cost of restoration is almost that of buying a new vehicle. Liabilities are used for entertainment reasons only and for brief periods, typically hours.
Summary
Women:- Avoid broke men without potential.
Men:- If you are married stay married. Convert childless women into wives (assets) by impregnating them, or only call them when you need them/don’t live with them. Only use single mothers and peoples wives for sex, when you need them. Don’t have relationships with them.
