since gaming Pcs are out of my budget;

Am looking for a good rendering pc with good specs, able to hold 3d max, si wajua, with a nice graphic hardware by e.g Nvidia GeForce GTX Titan X, Radeon R9 Fury X etc

I am aware kenyan shops have a long way to go when selling such full packaged computers, so i need guys who sell such in parts that is kama hakuna a complete one.

Plus nimeona kama kuna external graphic cards for laptops which for me looks tedious and crazy;

If its for gamers experience, you should probably need to build one. With a Budget 70k you shud get yoursrlf a sound pc.
But if all this is way out of your budget, why not go for a console (PS /XBox) for half the price?
