Here goes the Kiambaa Church massacre true story. During the tense days following the election there were skirmishes in munyaka, jerusalem and kiambaa area. Youth for PNU would organise raids to the kale inhabited area and run back to the Kiambaa church. The kale guys would pursue them to the church and on finding women and children they would go back. In the tradition, women, children and old men were a no-no during wars( This can be clarified in the history of the Kalenjins). So these raids would continue and the same would happen. So when Kibaki was sworn in at night and on the same evening the raids by the PNU guys led to the killing of an elite athlete huko kimumu, enough was enough. The guys pursued the youth into the church and the unthinkable happened. Nothing could justify that. The shame in that is still felt today.

A lot of reporters are revealing damaging details on Ocampo everyday. Let’s await the details of the wakora network in the our cases. Starting with the infamous Kenyan witnesses. 5 affidavits cooked and coached led to this cases. Each witness paid well and relocated abroad with the promise than none of the cases will reach court. When they did they unraveled, each denounced their statements. The two main witnesses in President Uhuru case broke all rules and met contacted their families and broke their anonymous status. They even reached out to the defense lawyers and recorded a statement. The prosecution conducted follow up interviews and deemed them not reliable but kept that away from the defense and judges at the pre-trial conference. Had they done that cases would have been dropped.

In the end it was a political decision to absolve the main culprits, RAT and former President Kibaki.

You are lying, actually you are making this stuff. We know Luka Sang was leading a raid on Munyaka estate. It is during the raid that he died in the fighting. Your narrative also does not make sense. Almost all those who died at kiambaa church were women and children. Your story about young men running to hide there is fake. Secondly, during that conflict in that area, kikuyus were not the aggressors, how could they organise raids in an area where they were surrounded and outnumbered?

The fact that 1,100 people died and their families/relatives are still aware of the fact that no single person has ever been held responsible 10 yrs later is disturbing. The bitterness and suspicion still holds,and has brought forth a postponed disaster.
