What about the president? Tuliambiwa he is sooo damn rich he does not need to steal and will therefore fight corruption.

Lets not go round in circles arguing about a problem whose solution we both know cannot be found in the current players’ manifestos, our politics thrives on corruption, none of these people has any intention of disturbing the status quo.

I am not saying it is entirely true anyway, but again, why do you think kina Duale, Murkomen and the rest didn’t appear in the court during the ruling?

I was angry that elections will be repeated because I hate the mood, but then again, must the courts agree with you because you are the president? I asked a simple question: What was he expecting when he asked Nasa to seek legal redress?

Uhuru seems to be a meffi dictator who has been hiding for long Emotional outburst shows his real image. Sasa huo ni upuss gani? Must the court agree with you? So Uhuru was telling NASA to seek justice in courts when he was aware that it can’t be found there? Truly, we are creating autocratic state where a judge must hold same opinion as the president. I won’t make my finger dirt again.

Thats how dictatorial regimes are created. Yet some are cheering him.

But i thought parliament can pass ammendments to the constitution. The buck can’t stop with the SC in this stalemate we have.

Does this mean that the SC is above criticism? They have indicated that they will respect the decision but that doesn’t stop them from asking for answers and revisiting this judgment in the future if the reasoning behind it is wanting.

What is wrong with this?

Currently the president has no power to hire or fire anyone…both IEBC and Supreme Court judges cannot be replaced now sorry.
