Ask yourself why anyone would set up an assembly plant in Rwanda of all places forget the good governance nonsense spread in the media a tiny landlocked country with no market instead of say Tanzania or Kenya which have much bigger markets and economies and that would be proximity to the DRC Africa’s biggest lithium exporter(key component for ev batteries) and a few good incentives from a benevolent dictator.
