Ojustbexplain to me why they quietly started charging for buying Airtime from Mpesa ?.
Would the rather I buy a card and scratch ??.
The cost of the card production and distribution is there but when I buy one I get my full value of Airtime on loading.
Never encountered charges for loading airtime via MPESA, na nimenunua in the last one hour. However, Iām never able to buy bundles directly from MPESA; I have to first buy airtime then pay for bundles with it. This is something that has commenced recently and even they are unable to sort it out.
