those tellers kwanza wa equity work alot. 7am to 7pm from what some i have interacted with tell me. plus degree wanazo.
dont you think its obscene to pay a CEO 5 mill plus many extras while hawa hawapati ata 50k(before tax)???
2.would you allow your kid to be employed for 20gs for a 7-7?
i agree the CEO comes up with policy etc but this is usually done on golf courses. but the teller is the one interacting with the actual customer and doing the donkey work.
for starting salary that is ok. I met a frsh graduate juzi working at Bar lays and he says the salary is good, his major complain is workload; says he doesn’t get time to enjoy salary. fresh from campo you get 50k that is very good, it means in 5 years you can hit the six figures and the banking experience improves your worth and prospects for mobility even to other sectors
quit your socialism, a bank teller should not compare himselft to ceo kwanza Mwangi is in the premier league of ceos called owner-ceo hii ni club Bob Conmemore anachungulia kwa dirisha
Hizo figures si mbaya especially mtu anaanza kazi. Like someone has said here, you’ll be shocked at the kind of salaries watu hupata in other sectors. Hii pesa mtu akijipanga nayo poa in a few years utakuwa far. Shida yetu ni kushindana, then you find yourself heavily in debt and then maisha inakuwa rat race.
Kwani sisi tunapata nini …the same range .o_Oo_O By the second week of the month salary is normally over,
the rest of the month ni kujipanga its upon you whether utakopa tokens ama ulale njaa :D:D:D
Am serious actually started with a 10 k casual salary , from a mhindi co. but you cannot compare to the amount of connections and
work experience you get, and you grow
Mimi hata siwezi andika ile nilianza nayo. It was definitely less than 10K na ilikuwa kwa mhindi. Lakini the lessons I learnt are priceless. You definitely grow if you have the right attitude regardless of how much you’re paid in your current job.
