“OEM unlock on” is more like it. Hata na lock, Odin should work if you are only using stock rom, odin hainanga maswali mingi na stock.

You can’t downgrade android of late. That’s why I asked the android version before the issue.

Download this file and flash via Odin. I hope your version was Android 9 baseband U1
