The rolling TV doesn’t excite me one bit. Sounds like bad (experimental) mechanics to me. However, the line mode where the TV drops to be like a sort of a notification bar has some real potential.

The mechanical looks solid.
Add that to automation.
It pops when it senses someone is in the room and shuts down once the viewer walks away from it.

lol,“bad mechanics” you say. so you think you have a better Perspective on this than LG and their engineers?. This tv is rated for well over 50,000 roll ups which equites to about 4 roll ups each day for around 32 years of service

This huge TV’s only excite guys with short man syndrome or what our resident Mandingo would say small P**** guys. They try to overcompensate with other things. A TV beyond 50" is too much, most people would do with a 43" TV.

For me any TV beyond 26" is nonsense. I might even sell my current 26" and look for the legendary 14".

We only live once, if i have cash i would definately buy one. But it requires a huge living room, otherwise you will be watching through window you being outside
