Fiji is the top ranked sevens nation in the entire world. The game is almost a religion in the entire South Pacific. That the national population there is small is a non issue. The Netherlands and Belgium have small populations too, yet are top ranked soccer playing nations.
BTW, Injera T-shirts have been a hot cake in the South Pacific islands for several years.
