What was promised:
1 Reduction by ~1/2 the time of travel for Msa-Nrb.
2 Increase in cargo load - double stacking
3 Wide gauge - translating to stability due to a lowering of centre of gravity.
Will these locomotives help achieve the above through the wide (Std gauge railway?
