Sawa, but via observation and experience my opinion is that land does not equate to development or success, that’s why nairobi county is the smallest but the most prosperous, plus also with land location and capital availability matters alot, its not necessarily about laziness or stupidity.

That said my earlier point was that, our fascination with land is misguided, and if today everybody was given a chunk of land our situation as a country would not necessarily change that much.
