When you are arrested demand for cash bail at the police station, the OCS is allowed by law to release a suspect on POLICE Cash bail while awaiting for the processing of charge sheet. This can involve a day of investigations, the law gives the cops only 24 hours to hold you in custody. Failure to which they should release you. Unless they produce you in court through a sworn affidavit by the IO (investigating officer) and successfully request for additional time yo detain you. So when your arrested Buda you have right to bail at the station, just bribe them a k and pay maybe a 5k bail uende home and show up in court the next day. Ok hapo tumeelewa? So the next day at the courts after taking plea ie after being charged the court can either fine you-i.e. you pay cash to avoid sentencing. If you plead NOT guilty then the court should release you on cash bail (you deposit money) or bond (you deposit something like a guarantorā€™s payslip, logbook, title deed) FYI you are entitled to bond of a reasonable amount

Did you know cops (traffic, at least) can actually issue you with a written warning?

Police are always crafty they know if they allow everyone to pay the 1k bribe they will have no one to take to court;take a bribe from eight out ten and take the remaining two to court.
