Kidero is a very good economist, he has realized that it is easier re-tarmacking a new road e.g. thika superhighway than repairing a road full of potholes. The money he will save will fund research on how to slap people better
In 3 years Nairobi has received 60 Billion as devolved funds and it has collected 30 Billion Total 90 Billion. Now in this 4th year starting today they get another 30 Billion but you will need to look for that development with a magnifying glass.
The place that desperately needs and deserves refurbishment is Gikomba/Kombo Munyiri area, where the Kenya Shilling circulates at the speed of light.
