Android has more app support. For TVs there’s not much competition based on OS. As long as common services such as Netflix are supported. Tizen and LG’s Web OS have apps for such services. For TVs I guess it’s the panel choice and picture quality that matter most as well as audio visual technologies. There hasn’t been much focus on TV OSs as compared to smartphones.
