We cant attack them openly because we cant tell if they are Kenyan citizens. And Kenyans generally use indirect ways of attacking people
You’re trying to draw a picture that is non existent, sure most tribes loathe the Kikuyu but that is due to the narrative that they are responsible for the lack of resources.

We have had ethnic cleansing in this country. We have extrajudicial killings. Kenyans have been taught hate by their politicians and that is all the know.

I’m saying outside political activations the hate is low key, but politicians serving self interest know how to tap into these lines and build them up to a deafening crescendo.
Yes and it is sad that foreign politicians in Somalia are doing the same thing. We are attacking our fellow Kenyan citizens instead of the Somali government and the useless Kenyan government that lets everyone do whatever they want to Kenya
