I do not see where coherency has deemed them ineffective, the fact is that they were able to convince people to vote for them. they are still speaking to the same people and hoping to convince even more…
you honestly need to read the constitution, those days are behind us.
Remember the Wamuchomba case.Is that a person who is in the same boat with the Muthamaki?.

What would RAO do? Should act as a guide. He would never make such a mistake or return the favor.

That show by Larry (as is the case with all his shows) was as chaotic as the city market fish section. I had just switched stations from Citizen where Hussein Mohamed was hosting Moses Kajwang and Kipchumba Murkomen and you have to give it to Hussein coz he held his port and some meaningful debate took place.
Having said that, your assessment of Wahome maybe informed by reactions on social media, especially twitter, where there is a brigade of jacks of all trades because she has been a regular on NTV’s AM live where she’s in a panel of the likes of Anyang Nyongo. She might not be eloquent for your liking but she does speak to that ordinary voter in Kandara who saw fit to re-elect her
On a live TV she is speaking to Kenyan en-masse and it is not good to appear uninformed in your very own profession.Just like the other Lawyer during petition who couldn’t answer what a stray ballot is.

I like Husseini’s debates, he is more objective and firm. You just give it to him

I think we will never agree on this.
on the lawyer failing to answer the ballot paper question, I think he was stupid. @It ’s Le Scumbag if I’m not wrong, please tell us what u did with the ‘mp’ ballot since u didn’t vote for anyone.
This is what Uhuru thought. He has now realized that human nature cannot be changed by a document hence the need to revisit and probably reconsider those ways of the past.

Some of those ballots were unmarked, some had drawings and some had all candidates marked. But they were all put in their respective boxes.
If they had issues with those ballots, they would have called for scrutiny of rejected ballots which I think were in the half million mark.

This is the so called staunch sda who cannot be compromised, who upholds the constitution bla bla bla. Him and those 4 SC judges should be probed! Their phone records, emails, bank statements. They colluded with NASA to deny Kenyans of their rightful President. An act of high treason.

Pole but your line of thinking is sometimes too shallow. What have pictures got to do with anything?CJ ni mtumishi wa umma. Ata wewe ukitaka mpigwe picha utaomba tu.

How is this even a problem? He was not the only one who nullified the election, he read the judgement.

I have picked your handles from among many because you guys seem to share the same corridors with the current administration. My assumption is based on how the two of you defend the govt and I think am not wrong, you really are ardent supporters of the Jubilee government. Before I go further let me also state that I happen to support the regime purely because of its track record in development in terms of infrastructure, peace prevalence ,health, agriculture, promoting democracy, supporting devolved governments just to mention but a few.
Having said that I feel that the current administration is too over confident and think that they have all at their palm yet it seems not.
Why do I say so…look at the situation we are in today. I can only say in as much as we respect the court ruling, we can also say that the man living in the house on the hill was caught unaware. Fully unaware of what is happening on his backyard. The backyard that he claim to be in charge of, he is not proactive but rather reactive (Situation evident on how Kamwana behaved after the SC could nullified the August 8 presidential elections) drunk and hurling insults at his aggressors (pardon it may not be the right word to use) a thing that even I being his supporter scared me stiff.
He is in not above the law but he need more wisdom to alleviate some situations. At the moment in my view the Carmel already has its head inside the tent, we don’t know how long it will take for it to have the neck and the eventually the body in the tent but at that moment your guess is as good as mine, someone will be at Ichaweri and the likes of you will be trying as much as possible to win the heart of the regime that will take place for the statusquo to remain.
Another thing I have noted is that Jubilee divide is sending or rather allowing any newly elected person under their ticket on every live television debates/shows and most of these people are embarrassing us. I am not surely why they are always flanked by very intelligent and coherent men and women from the NASA side (I do not know the selection criteria used). I watched a NTV show hosted Larry where I discovered that Alice Wahome is advocate. I am a techie but I think I can give that woman a run for her money if I just perused some Law books for a month or two.
All we are asking is for you to advice the power that be to have decorum. Put the house in order, let the right people represent the political divide in various capacities not every Tom, d*ck and Harry just because they keep mentioning support for Uhuru Muigai in the shows.
Well my few sentiments may seem vitriol but I represent a voice of several. Help us relay the message to the powers that be. I will not go to the extent of saying that some feel that they are being used to fight other people’s battles
Uncle @pamba hakuna summary but in a nutshell I want @spear to tell those in the kitchen of the Uthamaki that their food is starting to become tasteless.
The judiciary want to stump it’s authority ! And they lacked wisedom ,why a repeat of presidential election, the ballots are still intact ,the voter did his/her constitutional duty .The issue was transmission. A recount was the best option. Beside accepting the verdict Uhuru had a right to react !
Unless he brings back those dictatorial and authoritarian rule, your suggestion stands null and void. Parliament approves almost 70%+ of the presidents appointees. He can’t force anyone on the nation and ignore the constitution

How did this happen? just because he ruled against JP?

I agree with you. Wakikuyu walikataa masomo for business so we have a lack of coherent, educated lawyers or journalists representing the President. Two, Uhuru lacks counsel. Unfortunately he has surrounded himself with young blood but they are totally clueless. He needs old sages who know history to advise him well. Third, he appointed the wrong people in judiciary. Even in the US the whole idea of winning the presidency is to appoint your yes men to the Supreme Court. It’s unconscionable! Office of First Lady in my opinion also needs radical changes to help the president but I will reserve my comments for now.
Purple, this is your best articulation yet since morning
