I have really tried to reduce alcohol, my third month without tasting alcohol, what amazes me is that I don’t even crave the way I used to when I was seriously drinking. But what I realized is that the moment you cut on drinking friends, you are good to go. Occupying yourself most of the time is the best thing to reduce alcohol. Hoping to break the ground for my pigsty later this year.
