Trojanex, post: 3396916, member: 42100"]Have been watching beef pan frying on YouTube. Today kwa super I got T-bone well cut when I was buying meat. (The guy didn’t even know what a T-bone is na ndiye ako kwa meat section).
Went to spices section and bought black pepper powder and milk butter (KCC one).
Kufika home ni kutest skills… Heated the skillet, (using meko ndio nipikie sitting room) added oil, then nikawekelea my T-bone. Sprinkled salt and black pepper. About 9 minutes I turned the other side. Added milk butter and ground ginger. Cooked for abt 7 minutes. Turned the other side kidogo and the other. The magic was done! Nikawekelea kwa cutting board and let it sit for 5 minutes for juices to settle. Chopped into pieces and we enjoyed. Being the first time, it was quite delicious yummy yummy. Next time I know I will do even better

Medium well ndio kusema

The Magic of cooking is that you should use fresh and available cheap ingredients…
Fresh ingredients make the food to retain a lot more nutrients compared to processed foods. In many cases, processed foods have been in contact with pesticides, or other artificial substances. Always use fresh ingredients when possible.
Herbs… anytime.

Ukiishi miaka yangu, hakuna kitu hutajua. Yes i contribute to S&R,alot,ju napenda vagina na kuna vile tuko tu watu wanne hivi ama tano tunaipenda, the rest…well…uko poa lakini mtu yangu

Ensure periodic deworming since in Kenya, most farmers can’t give a breeding history including vaccination and treatment for their cattle

Wenye hukula nguruwe ndio wanastahili deworming

Ewww. Poor animal died for this cooking result.

Cooking with @Gio reincarnated.

It was not poor.

Either way it doesn’t look appealing hataaa.

How unhealthy is this. You are literally eating oil ( you can see it in the pictures) . You take meat thats already 50% fat, cook it in oil and add salty siagi (ati milk butter).
