From Mogotio ,the road is ok, but one turns some distance before Marigat towards Perkerra( i hope i got that right) and the entrance to the park and the lake.This is also a tarmac road, but poorly maintained and a bit narrow.
The real bad stretch is from the gate to the lake itself…Unfortunately the lake is quite some distance from the gate…And the road terrible.
It takes about an hour to get to the lake from the gate. Horrific road and not much to see on the way…And unbearably hot
then, you, Sir, are talking about the nakuru-mogotio-marigat-kabarnet road.
