That time when Biwott and Moi owned a Belgian bank.

Vodafone bought the shares from Mobitelea… Not clear who Mobitelea was anyway…

Aisee hawa watu wameiba kweli kweli!

Pluda ni moto wa kuotea mbali. Remember akiwa kotini na spectacles zinakaa za glass welder?

Mobitelea only held 5%.
Vodafone was an original shareholder, and only bought that 5% to increase whatever they originally held.

Hii maneno ya 40% ‘unknown’ shareholders is bs.

Wachana na hio ng’ombe, his job is to refute patco on every topic.

Basically what he is trying to say is that the whole report is wrong simply because patco posted the thread.

Sio ati hajui who killed Telkom Kenya so they could later start Safaricom.

Or who killed KCC to start Brookside.

Or who killed uchumi and today has his own mall.

Etc etc. ANAJUA!!

Had somebody else posted the thread other than patco, @Kennedy Maina would not be the least bothered.

Sasa anataka response ndio aseme kroll report is fake news prepared by colonial imperialists. I know where he is going with that line he has chosen.

Or who killed KBS so they could later start their own cartel(s).

Or who killed the old railway line so they could later start their own lorry freight businesses.

Or those trying to kill KQ TODAY so they can own it outright!!!

@Kennedy Maina if Telkom Kenya had not been murdered by Moi and his goons so they could corner Kenyans into the future Safaricom, leo internet ya Kenya ingekuwa more or less free and very affordable to all Kenyans like in any normal democracy.

Tungekuwa tunatumia line za simu na fibre.

But nope, unakuta mkalenjin fulani representing the old guard and starting JTL otherwise called Faiba… hio ni corruption.

Ni wakora wa zamani wamejificha nyuma ya Faiba, Zuku, Safaricom Fibre etc. Ni akina Moi, Kenyatta, Kulei, Biwott etc.

A few individuals own Kenya’s internet.

A few individuals own Kenya’s telecommunications.

A few individuals own Kenya’s media.

Then wanajificha na serikali. Wanaitwa STATUS QUO, ama WENYE NCHI!!

BTW unless you carry out serious forensic audit/ investigations, you will never who owns what since the companies are owned through proxies of proxies of proxies who are registered as a shell company in some island somewhere whose directors are again shells of other entities… And that is why some of these rich Kenyans would easily appear on Forbes list but will never because of the source of funds and also their secrecy.
