Used to drink jameson and take other bad stuff on a regular.One night drank an equivalent of two 1 litre bottles.In the morning woke up with a bp of 220/108.The Jameson +genetic factors ilifanya death ikaribie.Been working out though.Ilisaidia kiasi.It has also played a huge role in maintaining it at 116/70.Sikuizi pombe ni once a month,maybe two bottles,or more nikingoja kunguru ifike.
