sawa, I remember back in the mid 2000’s equity was starting new hires, basically cashiers and back office staff at around 30-35k, and if I remember well that was the same at kcb and coop, safcom I think was starting the call center graduates at around 40-50k.
Maybe nilidanganywa on those figures, never got a chance to work in those organizations, but I think entry level pay for similar work categories should be within a range of 10k or thereabouts, on matters growth, sasa hapo ni kila mtu kuji-sort I know even equity pays some senior positions very well, even some IT guys huko are paid decent money
