Nakumatt Thrives with the upper middle class who buy goods in bulk and variety. Unlike the others which target the average kenyans. nakumatt goes for those who buy without checking the price tag. They have so far succeeded in being the most profitable despite their misfortunes.
My take is that Nakumatt is used to “clean” dirty money. Plus all those buildings are covered by insurance . Hence its not a loss for them should they be demolished, attached, sued, etc. they get back there money back “Clean!” You cant be making all those losses and able to be in every shopping mall been erected!
